If you have a FRIDAY ENTRY TICKET (and a REGULAR WEEKEND TICKET), you can gain entry from 3pm to midnight on Friday December 10th.
If you only have a REGULAR WEEKEND TICKET you can gain entry from 8am on Saturday December 11th.
Children under 10 are free, everyone else needs a ticket.
You cant just come for the Friday.
There are no tickets at the gate; you must pre-buy.
Passouts are available after 10pm Friday Night
You cannot stay on Sunday night, you must leave by 5pm.
INTERSTATE DRIVERS: Drivers with non-Victorian number plates that have traveled from interstate will not need a Friday Entry Ticket to gain access on Friday. Yes...its true...in an effort to reward those INTERSTATERS that make the trek in a vehicle, the driver of any vehicle arriving THAT HAS NON-VICTORIAN NUMBER PLATES on the Friday between 3pm and midnight does not need a Friday Entry Ticket to get in. They still need a Regular Weekend Ticket, and all passengers need both tickets if arriving on Friday, but the driver gets in free on Friday. That represents a saving of $25 plus booking fees, which is Meredith's contribution to fuel costs. Please note there is no discount if the vehicle arrives on Saturday, and there is no refunds for Friday Entry Tickets already purchased.
NOTE that this only applies to drivers of vehicles with NON-VICTORIAN NUMBER PLATES. Unfortunately if you have flown all the way from Switzerland then you still have to pay full price unless you are the driver of a vehicle with INTERSTATE NUMBER PLATES.
